There are a lot of disputes in the motor industry regarding the finance of motor cars, the National Credit regulator investigated two financial institutions and in April 2019 the National Consumer Tribunal has handed down judgment confirming a Compliance Notice issued by the National Credit Regulator (NCR) to two Financial institutions for charging consumers the “on the road” fee, admin fee and handling fee on credit agreements, this was found to be illegal and consumers must be refunded.
