Due to the extreme high call volumes received on a daily basis, our office lines will be open from 8:30 am in the morning until 11:30 am.
Please note that we are a private organisation and do charge a fee for our services, therefore we have a capped disputed value of R 5,000-00, should the value of your complaint be less than R 5,000-00 it is not worth to make use of our services.
