Due to the extreme high call volumes received on a daily basis, our office lines will be open from 8:30 am in the morning until 11:30 am.

(Please note that although we have multiple incoming lines, the lines have been very busy owing to the large amount  of disputes, if you cannot get through, please mail and include your phone number, and someone from our office will return your mail or call as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding)

Please note that we are a private organisation and do charge a fee for our services, therefore we have a capped disputed value of R 5,000-00, should the value of your complaint be less than R 5,000-00 it is not worth to make use of our services.
