Submit Your Complaints

Due to the extreme high call volumes received on a daily basis, our office lines will be open from 8:30 am in the morning until 11:30 am.

(Please note that although we have multiple incoming lines, the lines have been very busy owing to the large amount  of disputes, if you cannot get through, please mail admin@saconsumercomplaints.co.za and include your phone number, and someone from our office will return your mail or call as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding)

Please note that we are a private organisation and do charge a fee for our services, therefore we have a capped disputed value of R 5,000-00, should the value of your complaint be less than R 5,000-00 it is not worth to make use of our services.

Kindly forward your complaint  in writing to the relevant department as stipulated below.
